DS Cartage requires a deposit of 25%-50% prior to commencement of any work.
⚠️ If the amount charged is over R1,000, a deposit of 50% of the total amount must be made first.
All quotations are calculated per load and include labour. Pricing may be adjusted or discounted upon approval of the job. Any additional costs will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
If the pickup or drop-off locations provided by the client differ from the distance (kilometres) originally supplied, additional charges will apply.
📦 All waste and/or removable items must be in 1 area of the job site.
If items are situated in multiple locations, the client will be subjected to a price increase due to additional labour and time needed.
🔄 Mixed loads (multiple waste types) will cost extra.
🛞 If the load requires the use of wheelbarrows, the price will differ.
Monday - Saturday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Sunday: Flexible times available upon request
On the scheduled service date, our team will handle the full removal process. All items will be safely loaded onto our vehicle, ensuring minimal disruption to your property. No manual assistance is required from the client.
We are committed to responsible and environmentally compliant waste disposal. All rubble and refuse are disposed of in accordance with local regulations, with recycling undertaken where possible.
Please note: If our staff are instructed to assist with additional tasks outside the agreed scope of work, these will be added to the quotation and additional charges may apply.
